The service was terrible, there was an insane amount if trash on the floor and ants crawling under the chairs and tables. The lady at the cash register had long red braids with wavy hair, she had an attitude when we were ordering and was overall dry. She didnt have her hair up which made me very uncomfortable and on top of THAT the smoothie was FLAVORLESS. It was thick and hard to suck up through the straw. My smoothie was tasteless and I requested for to be thick. It was a waste of money. I asked for a refund but they only give you a gift card if they mess up. I will be going to a different location next time.
I do not like to leave bad reviews, however, the ladies working the shop today really let me down. I am hard of hearing and the speaker on the machine is not very loud. I passed the speaker to order at the window. One of the employees made a rude gesture at me through the window with a very annoyed look on her face, throwing up both arms like I was dumb. i ordered the strawberry pineapple metabolism boost smoothie and it’s delicious. my first time trying smoothie king and i’m glad i did :)
Peanut Power Plus with no dates. Great way to get a healthy meal on the go. Maria is super cool and very helpful.
