if you close at 10PM then why will you not take an order at 9:45
I have came multiple times in the past during the day and in the evening after working out and I always find that in the evening I get bad customer service. Last night I pulled up to the window at 9:45pm and I was refused service, I got ignored at both the door and drive thru window. If you close earlier the hours of operations need to reflect so, no reason for service to be refused within hours of operation. I have come here maybe 14 times, each time I have ordered the same thing. Everytime, the drink has tasted vastly different than the previous time, this ruining my experience when I have a crave for a specific taste, infact, I dont even know what a specific product is supposed to taste like, since I have no consistency in the flavor.
Absolutely disappointed with my first experience at this location! I stopped by to get a Peanut Butter Toast and was given one with bad fruit! I called to see if they could at least make it right or give me a refund. I was told that “they don’t do refunds I would have to contact corporate”. I asked Jacy about the fruit and she said that the fruit was left out all day. Disgusting and disappointed! Would not recommend this location at all!!
Employee was very disrespectful didn’t answer me, rude for doing “his” job around 9:45 and he threw my 20 dollars in a tip jar and didn’t give me my change back.
