Really disappointing experience at this Smoothie King. I ordered an açaí bowl and there was hardly anything in it compared to what you normally get. The two employees working, a blonde and a brunette, spent most of the time laughing and joking around with each other instead of focusing on the orders. The food took way longer than it should have, and what made it worse was watching them make extra food for themselves on top of our order while customers were waiting. The worst service out of all the smoothie kings in Tyler. They consistently mess up orders. It can take up to 20 to 30 minutes to get your food. They charged me additionally after they messed up my order. I’ve had multiple experiences where they had to remake an order because they messed it up
