A recent former employee informed me that they have a roach infestation and that they crawl over the powders, fruits, walls and stands. They also informed me that they store things such as straws, cup lids and also cups in a single restroom near the toilets in the back of the store! The smoothies are overall good but no one deserves to drink smoothies that are unsanitary!
Place had nothing ready and I wasn’t given clear instructions on how to get refund
This was very scarce compared to the ones I’ve been getting for over two years and the customer service needs improvement.
The schedule says they close at 10 pm but I came at 9 pm and it was already closed, the sign at the entrance said open but the door was still locked even though everything was on
Always a great option for a cool treat in this Texas heat besides fatty ice cream
