Arrogant and disrespectful employees!! Corporate needs to shut this store down or get employees that know how treat customers properly.

Recommendedcrew is always nice. The place always clean.
This is the 2nd time I've come here at 8pm and the store is closed with 2 employees inside that refuse to serve customers till 9pm.
Knowledgeable and efficient staff.
I got a new flavor of snoohie for me, and didnt like it. The girl replaced it for free, with no question. I felt really bad, but she was super nice about it. I'll be coming here from now on.
They are okay when they don't close before their posted hours.
I enjoy the smoothies from this place. It would be nice if they would open on time so i don't have to sit here and wait for them while I'm supposed to be at work. HIRE SOMEONE WHO WILL SHOW UP ON TIME. TERRIBLE FOR BUSINESS. IF THERE WAS ANOTHER SMOOTHIE PLACE IN TOWN I WOULD NOT BE WASTING MY TIME COMING TO THIS SMOOTHIE KING LOCATION. I go to the smoothie king in Bedford, TX on a weekly basis which provides nothing but great service! The Conroe smoothie king was the worst I've ever had. Ordered a large and they made me a medium by mistake. Thank god because it was terrible. Super chunky and icey... Took one sip and threw it away. Take my advice and drive to the next smoothie king!!
