Ordered online, showed up at the time that I was told to pick up. Waited over 5 minutes for them to tell me they’re still making my order and proceeded to wait for 15 more minutes to get my order. Staff was rude and dismissive when I questioned the wait since there was nobody inside and neither person behind me at the drive through pick up.
