I come to this location a few times a month and for the most part it's been fine. I order through the app and it's ready by the time I get there. Unfortunately, last night I ordered my typical smoothie, the Activator strawberry banana and I got really sick with stomach cramps and diarrhea. It did have a strong coconut taste but I figured they added extra of it but half way I had my doubts. Something was likely spoiled or cross contaminated. The app is incredibly frustrating—it always directs me to a Smoothie King that's six miles farther away instead of the one closest to my house. Despite placing dozens of orders to the nearby location, it consistently refuses to let me select it for pickup
Got an $11 high protein smoothie and it tasted like ice and water. Very very frustrating.....owner contacted me and I still haven't got a refund or no one has emailed me. Goto ones on Silber, Memorial, and Taylor. Way better locations
Jayden Harris was so rude to me at the window while taking my order. He told me the Apple Pay didn’t work at that location but I seen the car in front of me used tap to pay. I will never return to this location!
