No greet upon arrival and wasn't acknowledged until after awhile of waiting. Once we were waited on, there was very little patience and little assistance to help with our smoothie selection as first timers.
Kaitlin and Angus are great! They always have awesome recommendations and remember my preferred smoothies better than I do!
Great smoothie but really taken aback by what the staff member wrote on my cup when she gave it to me. She said to “smile more.” Look, I don’t get offended much and this is not a big deal but in general I was having one of the worst days of my life and felt very nauseous due to health related issues. So I thought the only thing that sounded good was a smoothie.
