After around 2 months of getting the treatment, the results were good. Before that, my hair smelled awful for those entire 2 months. Like legit smelled like rotting chicken that u left in your trash can for too long. This is suppose to have less harsh chemicals but whatever. It’s been around 4 months, and my hair is starting to feel really damaged and dull (worse than before). Overall, pretty good for like 1-2 months after the smell goes away. I’ve had so many bad hair salon experiences but Kaylie is one of a kind! She clearly loves her craft and takes really great care of your hair! If you’ve been thinking about getting this treatment just do it!

I’ve been meaning to write this review since my very first appointment, because honestly… this salon deserves every bit of praise. If you’re the girl (or guy!) with naturally curly hair that can feel unmanageable, unpredictable, or just in need of some real love and you want a place that honors your curls instead of trying to change them — this is it. Taylor smoothed my hair for me and I love it! It’s been 3 months since treatment and it still looks great. I will be returning soon for a refresh. She also gave me a haircut that shaped my long layers and perfectly framed my face. She’s really easy to talk to and a sweetheart. The salon is beautiful and relaxing. Easy to find parking. Great area of North Park, grab lunch and do a little shopping after the salon to show off your locks and have a “me” day:)
