Wonderful staff! Super helpful and they treated me with the utmost respect and care. They explained everything and were able to answer my questions no problem, really one of the best places for laser hair removal.
I recently went to SmoothSolutions Naperville and had a LaseMD treatment with Lauren and WOW, she is incredibly talented !!! My skin can be very sensitive with this treatment so Lauren was able work with me and numbed my face longer than usual to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable during the procedure. She is extremely thorough and sweet, every staff member here is so gracious and knowledgeable, and are focused on getting your the best results. Mariam is a skin genious. I’m 57 years old with a combination of issues and Mariam quickly identified what combinations would best best for the results I wanted to achieve. This is my third round of treatments, yesterday (microneedling of face, neck and chin, LaseMD Utra and corrective BBLfacial.)
