I hope she improves with time, as I really want to continue enjoying the services at Smooth Solution Med Spa. It’s just disappointing when I'm used to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that Carmen always provided. I really appreciate the way she took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices.
