I have a smooth experience with The Relocation Kasey and Galina were experienced and good services and commitment for work The unknow charges however one must be aware is extra money $400 as your apartment maynot have permission for 18 wheels

Do not hire this company. They are scammers and fraud. They will give you a low price and then they will say there are no extra fees. Then they will charge you more after loading your stuff in the truck. They will mention all the extra fee after loading your stuff in the truck. All the 5 star reviews are fake. Your furniture and belongings will never reach the destination on time. While loading the stuff in the truck, they threw lot of stuff in the dumpster without my permission. I've asked this company multiple times to stop calling me! I've already hired a crew. The first attempt a lady said ok you will be removed from the call list and just hung up on me. Yet today she calls me a few mins ago she beven states "we last wk and I've been emailing you idiot info and prices. I said I am not interested to stop contacting Me. Horrible! STOP CONTACTING ME!! I'M AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR SERVICES. Let this review to to the right person
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The movers broke my $1000 TV and the claim management company they use only offered me $30. The claim company then told me to call Smooth Relocation to see if they will offer me more money… Smooth Relocation wont answer or return my calls. They charged me $3000 for my move. I will contact the BBB tomorrow.
