Shelley is so impressive. She’s knowledgeable, thorough and so fun to work with. I have frequented other hair removal spas in Denver and NOT ONE is comparable to the experience and results I’ve had with Shelley at Smooth.

I’ve been going here for about 9+ months. Shelley has proven to be very professional and opened to honest feedback and doesn’t take it personally (I feel like that’s rare nowadays). She will work around your needs to the best of her abilities. If you have any questions, she doesn’t just send you one sentence answer; she is thorough and you can tell she is passionate about her business. Meccah is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She walked me through everything since it was my first time having electrolysis done. She’s super knowledgeable. I know what to expect each visit and I set up all my future appointments with her. I can’t wait to see how my eyebrows turn out!!
I was looking for the best electrolysis in Denver and Shelley came highly recommended. I’ve been seeing her now for about 6 months and have been so pleased. She’s efficient - my results came faster than I expected - and she’s a great person to boot. I’m very happy to have found her and will miss her as my electrolysis needs are nearly met! 10/10 recommend!
