Went to test drive a vehicle and was met by a young man in sweats who very rudely told us they were short staffed. Didn’t get my info, didn’t get my name, didn’t seem to want my business. Very unprofessional in manner and dress. Will not be going back.
Drove 3 hours to look at a car today checked the oil wouldn’t even touch the bottom of the dipstick and completely out of coolant

Hey Blake. My apologies that you made the drive. The ad you saw is pulled from our website and listed onto Facebook, by Facebook. Occasionally Facebook's program incorrectly lists the ad. This is completely out of my control and I am not able to correct it. If you look at our website, you can see it is listed properly there. Or you could have messaged or called me to clarify the info on the truck before you made the drive and this could have been easily prevented.

I could not have picked a better place to buy my building!! My husband and I have looked at several place and Nick had such a large selection and was very knowledgeable on the Cardinal buildings.
Nick and team at the Marion location off of Rt 13 are awesome! Just purchased my 1st vehicle with them and they made it simple and smooth. Absolutely love my vehicle (GMC Acadia). So if your looking for a great vehicle at a reasonable price with A+ service..I highly recommend shop Smoot!!!
We went to every car lot in Southern Illinois and seen Smoots Sales on FB went to the Cartersville location looking for a A SUV or Truck and we purchased a 04 Chevy Blazer from them at there Marion location and it's doing amazing highly recommend them
