Highly recommended from a 30 year in glasses feller. Great exam, excellent staff, and incredible prices!
Felt rushed in exam. Then when i couldnt see out of my lenses, I was humiliated when told i was all over the place and couldnt decide what i could see. Just to try wearing them a while. Then i was told they couldnt actually add the proper script to my bifocal for close up...When they couldn't correct the issue, I asked if I could just have a refund. They only offered partial. Now, I'm stuck with glasses I'm unable to see out of properly and my insurance company and I have paid $500+ for something that is incorrect.!
I have had horrible vision my entire life and have been to numerous eye doctors. Dr. Smoot and her staff are the best you will ever find!!!! A+++ service and customer care!!! Dr. Smoot is the best eye doctor I have ever been too
I had the best experience there tonight! They helped me pick out frames (like my own little fashion show) and were so personable and friendly. I am SO excited for my new frames and am thankful that my daughter has a pediatric eye doctor to go to close to home. Thank you for such an enjoyable, wonderful experience!!
