My husband and I are very grateful to Mr. Lyman , the Administrator, because whenever we need any repairs in the apartment, he immediately resolves them by sending expert personnel and thus we feel protected and at ease, thank you so much.
I implore you to ask more questions before you sign anything!!! I have rented in probably about 5 or 6 States and this rental company is criminal. They write into your lease that if you do not give them 60 days notice by the end of the year they will Auto renew for 5 years and raise your rent 9% every single year!!! And that is on top of exorbitant pet fees and a CAM feel, similar to an HOA fee. Now what do they do for this extra almost $300??nothing more than an average rental company would do- mow the grass. Moved in almost a month ago and so far I love it. The units are cute and fairly priced. Plenty of storage. The management and maintenance team is very responsive and friendly. The grounds are beautiful as well. Looking forward to being here for quite a while.
