I wish I could say I was impressed, but after being unable to reach anyone in property management almost the entire time I've lived here, gotta say these guys are no better than the rest. I've been reaching out for months and months with no response. If your property manager is Taylor get ready to get ghosted! Communication is a nightmare. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a management company. My wife and I toured the property on 1/20. There was a lot that needed to be fixed inside the home and we were assured it would be. We signed our lease a couple of days later. In the lease they tried to add a bunch of nonsense fees that were never discussed and I’m assuming they hoped I wouldn’t catch. We were told that we would be able to start moving our things in before our lease even started, which would have been 2/1. — silence. Finally ... read more
