mold...rats...ants... roaches please beware they are very sketchy i have not had a month where they have not tried to add a 300 min fee for some made up crap..... live wire all over the house and under the dishwasher very unsafe housing i have had multiple proports from smoot... beware of art

I get charged over 2k a month and if i knew everything i know now i would have never came there is live wire exposed in key points like the closet we found this out while hanging cloths up and shocking myself along with loosing half house power... this home is listed publicly as a bossiness not even a home.. when i moved in there where rats all in the house the maintenance team was here every week tryna fix a new problem there are ants and beetles all inside and outside the house the sin... read more

Worst place. Taylor Gillis is horrible to work with. Never responded in a timely manner and would go a week or more without contacting us about a house we wanted to rent. Got an email today saying that he “never heard back from us” so they are moving on to another application. I even have proof that I sent a text back to him the SAME DAY! I emailed him back at the email and I automatically got an email saying that the email he sent an email to me from doesn’t exist. I will not recommend this company ever or Taylor.
