Receptionist was rude and gave attitude while on the phone was trying to hang up quick and very short. Sad to see people working where they don’t like their job. Couldn’t even get ahold of someone for 30 minutes
I have been a pt for over 30 yrs. The staff has always been sufficient and welcoming. The office decor is pleasing with holiday decor that brightens your mood and ensure a pleasant visit. Dr.Scott D.Smoller is one like no other. When I first met him my situation was unsure and I had many questions. He would always listen to me, made me feel safe, and answered all my questions to my understanding,. I highly recommend him as the best in Broward County for kidney care.
Left 4 messages over 10 days trying to schedule an appointment. No calls back.
Very cavalier regarding my health, questions and care. NOT THE DOCTOR YOU WANT TO GO TO IF YOU WANT DECISIVE ANSWERS REGARDING YOUR KIDNEYS or AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 2 MONTHS!!!!!
