Called about a vibration issue and was told I could bring it in today. Entering the office, loaded with customers, the short (and cute😉) lady working handled all the customers with kindness. All the snow and ice was removed from my back tires, solving the vibration issue. I was soon on my way! Thanks guys!
I just picked up my 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII and just wanted to let you know how pleased I am! Your service is second to none as well as some of your associates! I spoke with Carrie who is very knowledgeable about anything that had to do with cars. I told her what I needed and she took care of it.
