We bought a van from them after ours was totaled in a rear end accident. We bought it online and had them deliver it to us in 2021 just when the used car industry was taking off as car chips were dwindling for new cars. We had an excellent experience before buying our first van online but this experience was much different. They were rude on the phone and in person, didn't want to check to see if the Bluetooth worked, and overall not pleasant. Egor (pronounced Yeager) went the extra mile for us. There was an issue in the car we bought from him and he fixed it at his expense. He also gave us a fair price for our old car, which needed an engine rebuild.
