SMP&L is professional, friendly, and empathetic. They handled a difficult, sensitive matter for me that another agency had been unable to do, and I'm more than happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them, and I will absolutely use their services again if I ever need to!

Very professional, Got the job done in a timely manner. Kept me well informed threw each step. Returned every phone call and replied to each text timely. Only negative thing I have to say is I wish I would have found out about them sooner.. I am very pleased with their service and will most definitely use them again if needed...

Very unprofessional, they were hired to serve someone for me and that’s what was paid for! They decided to mislead and give false information to my lawyer that I was violating the arrangement I fought for in court to then serve someone. And this happened multiple times. Created unnecessary drama and misunderstanding that could have affected my case or could affect t someone’s case if the case were to be sensitive. Chris is fantastic at what she does. She is reliable and quick to respond, not to mention very knowledgeable and personable. I firmly believe it would sully my reputation as an attorney to use a process server who mistreats opposing parties, overbills my clients, or doesn't provide prompt information on service but I feel 100% comfortable and secure hiring Chris and Smoky Mountain Process and Legal Services to work for my clients and me.
