We've stay here many times. It reminds my wife and I of vacations we took with our families we were kids. That's not a bad thing, it's clean and the best older owner couple you will find. They will remind you of your grand parents, supper nice people. They were one of the very first owners of a motel in Pigeon Forge and are still running it. You wont beat the price and it has everything you need at your stay, frig, micro, fast wireless internet. Love the place
