When we first stopped here and checked in I kind of rolled my eyes thinking it's one of those cheap Mom Pop places, i was wrong.the room while dated was large and nice, beds were great, place was clean and the owner / staff are the sweetest couple I've ever met. Will recommend this place to anyone who is in this area that doesn't want to spend a lot of money but was a nice place to stay. And, it's less than 5 minutes from Dollywood and American owned and ran. Thank you guys for a great night on a budget.

Excellent place to stay, it’s not fancy like the other hotels, but it’s clean and you are within walking distance of a lot of attractions and restaurants. It was quiet as well, and the housekeeping staff are extremely nice, we will be back to stay again.
love this place..it's nothing fancy, but it's clean and the owners are very nice. we call it a Mom and Pop place... stay here at least twice a year....for the last 10 yrs.
Very out dated unless you like the 70s. The price is a little high for these out dated rooms. There is mold on the mirror. It's a place to sleep for the night I guess.
