The staff is professional and friendly
Called to get my eye prescription and it has been a year which I know it needs to be updated BUT I just recently lost insurance so I was hoping to get glasses online until I’m able to come back in for my exam. They refused to give me MY prescription even after explaining my situation. The woman on the phone was very rude with me and unprofessional. Will not be going back.
Worst experience ever especially after the 994 dollar glasses never again and one warranty repair is all they want to do I had to send mine off for repair in about 6months and they have been gone for 3wks not sure when I'll get them back . Never again. I Don't recommend this eye place to anyone go somewhere else it was my first and last.here
I went for the first time recently and had the best experience. It was so easy and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They told me it would be about a week for my glasses to come in and I got a text with 3 days of my original appointment that they were ready to pick up. Will definitely be back!!
I have been going here for over 10 years and the front desk lady is getting more rude every year I contact them for an appointment. I will not tolerate this kind of customer service anymore. I made my appointment with Hyde Eye Care.
