Worst experience ever especially after the 994 dollar glasses never again and one warranty repair is all they want to do I had to send mine off for repair in about 6months and they have been gone for 3wks not sure when I'll get them back . Never again. I Don't recommend this eye place to anyone go somewhere else it was my first and last.here
I went for the first time recently and had the best experience. It was so easy and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They told me it would be about a week for my glasses to come in and I got a text with 3 days of my original appointment that they were ready to pick up. Will definitely be back!!
I have been going here for over 10 years and the front desk lady is getting more rude every year I contact them for an appointment. I will not tolerate this kind of customer service anymore. I made my appointment with Hyde Eye Care.
The whole process was terrible from beginning to end, and I still ended up with glasses that make me dizzy even after up selling me on lens that they said I need in order for them to work in the frames I had to wait an extra 2 weeks and pay extra money for lens that they advised. I will not and advise others not to use smoky mountain eye care for glasses or any other business
