Nearly three years ago Chris Koisa mechanic/owner installed a new rebuilt motor in our 2002 Jeep TJ. He purchased it from a contact in Florida. It came with a three year warranty. The rear seal leaked right after it was installed. The shop has tried three times to repair the problem, never fixed it! He said he would get us a replacement engine. This has never happened. While on vacation in Gatlinburg and headed toward Cades Cove, my Jeep suddenly entered menopause and started having hot flashes. A quick search led me to this shop. The guys were awesome! They quickly diagnosed the issue, showed me what to do if it happens again, and gave solid advice for a long-term fix once I’m back in my home state. Thanks to them, we still made it to the cove and scoped out some bears. Highly recommend to anyone in a pinch!
