I can’t say enough good things about Smoky Mountain Auto and Jeep Repair! We were in town from Ohio on vacation, and the day we were supposed to head home, our 2012 Jeep Wrangler broke down with a cracked radiator and a bad starter. My granddaughter recently moved up to Sevierville and needed a new alternator on her 2011 Jeep Patriot. I gave Chris a call and had her Jeep towed there by 1:30 and by 5:00 it was fixed. She left with it and in about 10 minutes her battery light was back on. Gave them a call and brought it back. The brand new alternator was bad. She left it overnight and the next day Chris had another alternator installed and all problems fixed!!! I was visiting the Smoky’s from Indiana and had a brake caliper locking up on our 2017 Jeep JK. It was looking bad fast for us. I called this repair shop and told them my circumstance and they did not hesitate to tell me to get it there and they would look at it right away.
