I have been going to Smoky Jon's since the early 1990's when they were in a little hole-in-the wall in a strip mall up off of Northport. Then, they disappeared and I was crushed. Never before had I enjoyed ribs so much. So, when I found out they were opening a joint even closer to where I work, i was elated.
