I'm from Texas and i've been eaten BBQ in Memphis. Most BBQ joints leave me wanting. Tgis is some great BBQ. We'll be back next time we're passing through!!
Bland. All I tasted in the potato salad was salt. The Brunswick stew is just vegetable soup with bits of meat. Pulled pork should never ever be chewy. Dry and bland. Tasted like is was reheated. Not a fan
Had my daughters graduation party catered by smokin pig. Everyone LOVED the food. Get the banana pudding! Thank you for all the help figuring out how much I needed and having it ready when we got there. I will definitely do it again!
