Was in the parking lot at a dog park when the red Smokin' T's mobile pulled in.... Instant Pavlovian response, I teased the driver about it. He handed me a bottle of Smokin T's with a kick, it was the coolest thing.......if you like heat you're going to love this, it bites back....but in a good way! (Sticking with my dog park theme) :) Enjoy!
Very good BBQ. Slow cooked and very tasty. Prices are moderate and portions are generous. I would recommend it highly if you want a tasty BBQ meal. Also a good place to consider for catering or takeout and they have a very nice private banquet room for a party of around 20.
The brisket and pulled pork are both very good. Don't miss the smoked wings, either as a side or an entre. Corn pudding is also an excellent side.
