Pretty good Q and I'm a bbq junkie...but...who...made...the...potatoes...awesome! I got a new place to eat.
Absolutely some of the best BBQ I've ever had. It's down to a science for outstanding brisket.
Pretty bad. We had ribs, brisket and chicken and shared around the table. The ribs were over seasoned and tough, the brisket was tough and bland. The chicken was tough, bland, flavorless, and still raw and bloody close to the bone. If my bbq that I smoke in my own back yard turned out this I would consider it a failure.
Not good. If it's the only game in town & you like raw chicken, sure, but smoked chicken will not have pink juices from smoking, and it should be tender. My MIL threw up after she saw the pool of pink. The ribs were tough & had a layer of hot spices. The "marble" brisket was dry & tough. The sauce was ketchup & brown sugar. The sides were okay. Not going back. I'll spend my $45 buying a brisket & do it right at home.
