I love this place. the food is amazing and the people are great!
Had an awful experience here today! We received our tenderloins and the batter inside the sandwich was not done. We sent them back, the server said the owner/manager didn’t want to remake them and they were to temp. Being a food manager, no matter the temp- the batter should be DONE! Customer complaints should be handled by the manager not the server! On top of that I didn’t get my fries until the new sandwich was out at least for more than 5 minutes. Hole in wall place it seems, but great tenderloin, ribs and cornbread!
I took my son there yesterday. He ordered ribs, which were almost all fat and had zero flavor. My pulled pork was good but pricey at $10 for a “sandwich” size portion. $2.50 for a dipping cup of Mac n cheese. We spent almost $30 for 2 people and left hungry. We will take our business elsewhere.
tenderloin has no taste, potatoes in potatoe salad were raw, prices up, portions down. disappointing. food quality is way down.
