This is the 2nd.time in two nights I have sat in.drive.thru for more than 20 min, only to get my order wrong.. Foods good but it'd be nice to get better service and more attention to accuracy of orders
Loved this place! Friendly and some darn good food. Servers were courteous and helpful. Definitely will come back! It is hard to find a good barbecue.
Absolutely horrible service!! Went in sat down and waited....and waited.....and waited!! After about 10.minutes of sitting in the dining room waiting for a waitress to bring me a menu I got up and left!! Sad part was......I was the only one in the dining room!! The apparent waitress was at the counter playing on her phone..... she looked at me a couple times and went back to her phone!! I guess they pay their employees to txt instead of serving customers!! We love it! The food is always great and service is great as well!
It was ok. The bbq chicken sandwich or slaw was no where as good as Big Daddy.s BBQ n Mckenzie. How ever I was impressed with the servers.
I stopped by about 5:00 this afternoon and got two BBQ plates with baked beans and potato salad. The baked beans had so much hot sauce both my wife and I couldn't eat them. We don't like hot sauce and have eaten there before and the beans were good. You shouldn't assume all of your customers want their tongues burned out of their mouths; 1 hour later and I'm still in pain.
