Tried calling this place for 4 days to set up a catering job for a wedding. First day was put on hold for 20 mins, called back and was told that they didnt have time to talk to me and for me to call back. Called back later and the only person I could talk to was gone. my husband called the next day and was told the same thing. he left his name and number but never got a call back. the girls that answer the phone are rude and will NOT let you finish speaking before they interrupt. Just left the drive thru and the girl was extremely rude. It was our first time there, so when we pulled up to the speaker we asked for a minute to look over the menu. Her responses when we asked a question was very hateful and when we pulled to the window, it was worse. No one made you get that job. It was a choice you made, so suck it up and show some courtesy. It is your job!!!
The customer service is horrible. The employees have bad attitudes. Are you all trying to mimic the "dirty dicks" restaurant chain?
