Have tried this place several times since it opened and thought I’d give it one last shot. LAST is the key word here. The BBQ is dry, WAY too much smoke, and tastes like it was cooked 3 days before. The sausage looked like one of those hot dogs that had been on the roller at a convenience store all day, crusty and wrinkled. Sauces are horrible. Those that say this is the best BBQ they’ve had, have NEVER had good BBQ, or even decent BBQ.
We ordered to go. I did not like the flavor of the BBQ. The smoke flavor was just too strong for me. We are from the south and I think I am just more use to an apple or hickory smoke flavor smoke. The brisket and ribs were better would suggest that over the BBQ. The sweet BBQ sauce was good! We didn't have to wait long for them to cook our food after we placed a to go order.

Food was great and the beer was cold
My family and I were visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and noticed this restaurant on TripAdvisor. We had a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it. We shared the smaller of the 2 family deals and the appetizer that has a little of everything. Everything tasted delicious! I loved all of their sauces. The staff were all friendly. The prices were excellent! Highly recommend them for anyone visiting the area.
