Fresh never frozen Smoked Meats. We use only the freshest local ingredients home make everything in house and never use left overs. We don't have a freezer, microwave, or crock pot in house. Baby back Ribs, chopped brisket, pulled Pork, and pulled chicken. Housemade fresh Sausages, beef jerkey and bbq sauces All wood smokers. Meats take up to 22 hours to cook. gluten free spices and bbq sauces which makes nearly every mean gluten free.
