This was our first trip to Smokies. I wanted fish for dinner and I wanted fish that was not fried. I had read online at their website that everybody should be able to eat there no matter their diet so we tried it, since my diet is high protein, no bread, no sugar no processed food. I liked that I could tell the waitress I wanted my fish broiled without breading, and to leave the dill sauce on the side and to please being malt vinegar just in case I needed more flavor.
