Very dishonest and unloyal Buisness SCAMMERS -HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. How they got 4 stars is beyond me or all these other comments on here are from them, buyer beware. Just bought a new house in march with the home protect warranty. Garage torsion springs went out in April. called the home protect and they refer me to smokey s garage door. Garage services This is a little company that services garage doors. They can install doors, repair doors or add features to doors. They do a good job at a reasonable price. Anytime I have had to call this company they are always very nice and helpful and have appointments soon. I believe they are locally owned and operated company too.
Reasonable price and very nice The spring on our garage door broke and we called Smokey's Garage Door to come fix it. They were very nice, very fast (came out first thing the next morning) and were pretty reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again.
Kevin, the owner put in a new plastic gear for my overhead door motor. The charge was $100 for the part and $95 for labor. Way out of line for this. The next day the rubber belt was lying on my care coincidentally stripped apart. Kevin was going to charge an additional $245 for this as well as claiming to me that he was giving me a service discount at this price. Nonsence!!!! I had the entire overhead unit replaced brand new for under $300 by an honest company!
Per AHS on April 8, 2021, David a technician from Smokey’s Garage Door Repair came to my home to repair my garage door opener. He immediately began to talk about what AHS would and wouldn’t cover stating it would be bottom of the chain product. Including it would not be compatible with what I currently have however I could pay (the difference) for an upgraded system. They try and talk you into expensive repairs, keep looking for another garage company. You will be glad you did.

They came out today and replaced my garage door springs. Very pleased with the service. Technician was knowledgeable and wore a mask the entire time. Price was reasonable. Would use again.
