I bought some product. Unfortunately, I didn't look at it when I purchased it. I depended upon Smokey. Big mistake. You couldn't even smoke it and it had seeds in it. I called and talked to a person named Stacey. She took down the batch information and my phone and said she'd get back to me. Yeah, right. Checks in the mail. Never heard from her. During these times we are stretched thin and may not have gotten back to you as quickly as we would have liked to, and we apologize for that. We did look into the batch number and have found that it is one of the batches we discounted and packaged differently than our traditional living soil flower.
