My partner and I love Smokey Row for their food and drinks but I must say I will never be back. A man who was sitting at the table next to us started to sexually harass us. We promptly moved tables and informed their staff of the issue. The manager spoke to the man and we thought all was okay. However he continued to harass young women and the staff turned a blind eye.
