Not only did they put my daughters life at risk with threat from a staff member who had to ve physically removed. She wrote a bad review and filed a complaint they then called me and police department and made a false report on her. Wow.
I’ve been to worse mental hospitals this place was not good necessarily but if you play it right it’s not that bad though it can be. I was a revolving patient and honestly my only complaint is that the staff can be mean when you ask for notebooks. they also don’t let you go to the bathroom once you left for the cafeteria so go pee or they let you pee your pants. And the staff make you seem like an inconvenience but it’s still not as much as a prison as most mental hospitals can’t complain.
I was in the juvenile section when I was 15, you WILL be coloring endless pages of books or making paper stars 99% percent of the time. Maybe talk to a therapist or a psychiatrist for 5 minutes if you’re lucky? I remember at one point a grown man almost going into our area and it took like a few MINUTES before anyone went to help, they don’t have security guards it’s just these poor nurses who have to wrangle everyone. 😭😭 Sometimes the psychiatrists would go missing for days?? I'm not gonna get into all the messed up things that happened here, I'll leave that for the lawsuit. But this place is prison-lite. They do not care about your mental health or your well-being. And the staff barely know what they're doing. I urge you my friends NEVER come to this prison. They were gonna send me home while I still had thoughts of SI that I told them about for the past few days
I cannot understate how much I warn you about avoiding this wreck of a hospital. I was admitted Friday, July 25th for mental health issues. I received my leave packet from my employer on the 28th. I forwarded the leave packet to my provider on the 31st..... I forwarded them again on the 11th of August, as my work denied my leave due to lack of paperwork. Though I had more time to file.
