Attended IOP with Lourdes’ group. It was amazing and seriously changed my life. The Zoom format worked perfectly and kept me from having to make a ridiculously long trip to attend. It also allowed me to attend more often. The program included many different modalities, a ton of different speakers (via video), and processing in group. This place has good food surprising. Although I didn’t receive a call back and Bill, they were able to contact me and assist me. Some of the staff were rude, but overall it was a decent service here .
Edit: they helped me. Smokey Point Billing please contact me, and I will update the review to 5 stars. I have not received a bill in over 2 years. I continue to leave voicemails, but no response. It is very frustrating. I will drive almost 2 hours to receive this bill if needed but I really hope not. Please reply to my message give me a call so I can get the balance in full. stayed here as an adolescent, worst mental hospital i’ve ever been in. Not even the staff likes the place, they did nothing to help people with genuine problems, i was here for only 4 days but i am NEVER coming back.
