I was dropped off here by my abusive ex and their family. Anyways, this was 2020 or 2021. I was appalled by how I was treated during my stay. You see I have autism and I was left alone crying I wasn't given anything to help with my hygiene . The guy that you had to talk to for questions (really big dude no offense dont know his name) was really dismissive and almost like he was making fun of my neurodivergency. Great food and amazing staff, especially Desi was so kind and helpful, she is an earth angel and Smokey Point is lucky to have an employee like her.
You can’t get in contact and left in the dark about Family members whereabouts. Its concerning when you don’t know if your family member is being taken care of or mistreated in any way
