Overall great place! There were a few individual staff that were either rude or kind of sketchy, but overall pretty great service. My main issues were other rude patients, but that's not the facility's fault.
My experience was great. The staff i had in my unit always made sure that they were being understanding and thoughtful of the patients. I had a few break downs in there and they made sure to stay by my side through it and for once in my life i actually felt seen. I became really close with the staff members and they will always hold a special place in my heart. If it ever comes down to it again and i find myself in a crisis i will choose to go back to smokey Point. Thank you staff for everything you've done for me and other ... read more

Mismanaged. Hoping to see better in the future!
So I went to this place for 4 days on my own it was miserable they didnt help me at all .I only had 2 thin blankets I froze. I had stopped taken suboxone because it was shutting down my liver an I wanted to be 100% clean an sober. The Dr there was trying to keep me on it. I wanted no part also they made me walk around with no shoes on only in socks with freshly mopped floors.
