2 hospital visits out of at least 50 total visits to hospital for other reason tops the list for worst experience I ever had and there is huge amount of difference between 2 and 3rd worst. These folks have very little training or on the job experience let alone poor education from all levels of staff. The worst hospital to be at now I’m back to square one because of them
My daughter is there. I had experience difficulties with her. Nurse Veronica helped me out tremendously!! The 5 star rating is based on her. There are no words to express the help she rendered.
Called today to ask how the visitation policy is. The person who answered the phone had the worst attitude, they sounded absolutely annoyed somebody called and had to make them to their job. I was told I would need a visitation access code from the admit for further information. Was not even told when visiting hours are and if there are no visitation days.
