This place is horrible and extremely unprofessional. first of all the assessment took hours and I had to sleep in a room filled with garbage. And they said they'd find a rehab for me and it turned out the rehab wouldn't take me because of my mental health issues and legal record. I was there for 11 days and they wasted all that time on nothing, they didn't even look into the rehab fully. and my provider was yelling at me because it was taking me awhile to get into rehab like how is it my fault?! I'm the patient here hello? I... read more

I have to submit a positive review, the staff were all super helpful and though they had their hands full, they never lost their cool I came out of the inpatient feeling like a ton of weight and burden were lifted off of me. You only see your case manager a couple times, but if you request to see them you can, same with the counselor. I got my meds regulated and got a nice chunk of time to reflect, they have activities available pretty much all day. Honestly this was an amazing team, not once did I feel they were looking dow... read more

I’ll start with the positives- the people (other patients) I met were great. I made friends I expect to be lifelong friends. The patients really take care of each other. A couple of staff members were great. (Aurora, Brittany, Abraham, and Ru are fantastic.) For the negative… there is a lot. This is *not* the place to go if you want any individual help or really any help beyond meds. I saw my social worker twice and didn’t actually have much time to talk besides just answering questions she was required to ask. I saw my prov... read more

i was a patient here and i was on my period. i am very allergic to most pad brands but for some reason don’t have issues with tampons. they refused to let me use tampons and i had to use a washcloth like a woman in the 60’s and it was painful too. absolutely unbelievable and insanely unprofessional. demonstrates a complete lack of caring for patients and their wellbeing and heath

Shameful. My son was trying to get admitted; he has mental health issues as well as drug addiction. He was denied because his UA came back clean. He was just released from county, due to using, and of course his UA would be clean. They have a record from him before, he really has mental health issues and addiction problems. I am devastated he tried to get help and was turned away. They have his back record and they even said he needs help. I will file a formal complaint, this is so sad. Someone trying to get help. On another... read more
