I was referred here recently to behavioral health and the lady I talked to was so freaking rude while I'm asking questions and she just hung up. I just didn't got her name otherwise she will definitely mentioned here. Just wanted to thank her for her poorest customer service and push me away for the IOP program before I get worst. I tried calling back and didn't picked up maybe because she knew they he just got me hyped up. Look out for this type of employee. It's really sad..

Never in my life have I dealt with such incompetence. My child was admitted and the only person that called me was the finance office to discuss payment. The first day they kept insisting my child had the instructions and ability to call me and they “left her a message to call me”, however after me calling constantly for the second day in a row my child finally called me and said she had NOT gotten any messages the day before and had just been given the information.
