Johnny Whitener has been cooking here for over 20 yrs. He's got the best tasting butts and ribs in Alabama. They cook it, cut it and prepare it right in front of you so u know it's fresh. Give them a try, u won't eat BBQ anywhere else after u do. I don't eat pork but I will eat smokey pig.

Boneless pork butts cooked with oak wood over an open pit....whole sliced, bite size or chipped with sauce mixed in!
Best BBQ in the world - hands down -no question! !! I'm from IN, Auburn alum, and have eaten BBQ all over but NEVER found anything that comes close! ! Wish I had some right now to keep me warm while the snow falls !
