Absolutely AWFUL service! My husband and I went there to eat for the first time and the staff looked him in his eyes without saying a word , shut the service window and walked away not once but TWICE! Then when he asked for a menu they rudely told him no. Despite this we looked up the menu online and then went back to the window to order and BOTH emolyees behind the window looked at my husband and walked away. Sorry for your experience. We are a family ran business and are short handed on our help. We stay extremely busy trying to take care of call in orders and people at our window. And COVID-19 and the way we are having to run our business isn’t making it any easier. There are three menus outside of our window . One huge one on the building, one in the parking lot in front of the window, and one on the fence. We don’t have any paper menus to hand out. Due to covid we had to get and bring home but so worth it . Delicious!
Twice in the last three weeks I have gotten bad food. The first time I got someone else’s order and I didn’t check before I left so I just threw it away. Today I got 1/2 chicken which had been done for days and was dry as can be. The sprite was only carbonated water. I won’t be coming back.
This place is absolutely amazing! I BBQ myself, and am very picky about other people’s BBQ. This place does it right. Highly recommend!
Definitely the best bbq in BG and not to mention I got to pet their bbq cat while waiting on food outside of their establishment. It was definitely the perfect experience and they have amazing sweet tea.
Walk up order or call in food is awesome
Didn't had a chance to interact with anyone else but the old woman who was taking my order was not only very rude but RACIST as well.
Awesome brisket today !! 7/30/2020 I personally think it’s the best brisket around here!!
