But more important than that, the customer service was the best I have ever experienced anywhere. Through several delivery time changes and even a last minute cabin change to another town, Smoky Mountain Cakes was there to quickly respond to messages and help us make sure the cake was delivered on time without the birthday boy knowing. we had our wedding in Gatlinburg. I was kind of afraid to order a cake over the phone but Smoky mountain cakes nailed it!! it was exactly what I asked for.the colors were awesome, and the cake was so delicious! Highly recommend!
I was so pleased with my cake. i was having my hows renewed in Gatlinburg and I needed a cake. We opted for the Italian cake with cannoli cream. Wow! It was not over the top sweet and a great size for the 5 of us. I purchased a cake they always have available. All of the flavors are listed on their website. I will attach a photo. I added our cake topper from our 1995 wedding and the 25 for our years married. I will order from them again.
Unbelievably great service and cake. I ordered from Ohio for Mother’s Day. Great service ( they delivered it for me) and it was exact as pictured. I highly recommend and will be a lifelong customer
