Had a wonderful experience ordering my daughters birthday cake. Amber was great at communicating and delivering exactly the cake I wanted. My daughter was extremely happy. The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. We came to Gatlinburg from Mississippi and I am so thankful for Amber and her crew for helping to make our weekend a success. I give it a 10 and highly recommend Smokey Mountain Cakes.
We ordered the variety dozen cupcakes. They were delicious and Amber was wonderful to work with. The cupcakes were moist and flavorful. I would recommend them.
they made our wedding cake on really short notice since our cake maker bailed..they captured exactly what I wanted and they were very professional! Thank u guys again! the cake was delicious and I will be back!!

I worked with Amber all last week trying to get my mom her 50th birthday cake done, for this past weekend. Amber was so sweet and so kind exceeding my expectations with my mom’s Prince cake. Her customer service was beyond amazing and how friendly she was when I had questions. Thank you , Amber. I will be definitely coming to you when spend our time in Pigeon forge. You are awesome!
We live in Ohio and my daughter planned my 50th birthday trip to Pigeon Forge. She searched and found good reviews on Smoky Mountain Cakes so contacted them to make my cake. She worked with Amber, who was awesome and had exceptional customer service, to get me a Prince cake made (I love Prince). The cake was absolutely beautiful and also very good and moist! Great job Amber and Smoky Mountain Cakes! Thanks for making my birthday and trip even more special and memorable!
While the cake tasted good, our wedding cake was more icing than cake to where multiple people commented on it. Even the filling was padded with extra icing instead of just the filling we requested. Disappointed.
Our wedding cake was so delicious and beautiful! We didn’t want anything big because we only had immediate family attend our destination wedding, but the cake was everything we imagined! They listened to all of our wants and needs! I cannot wait to enjoy this cake again on our one year anniversary :)
Every time I called they were so friendly and helpful! We came from out of state to get married and really didn’t know what we were getting but our cake couldn’t of been more perfect! We loved it and so did our guests. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!
