I ordered the Chocolate Peanut Butter and White Cake with Buttercream frosting to celebrate birthdays for everyone throughout the year as this was our yearly get together. They were amazing! So delicious and gorgeous! Some reviews worried me but I'm glad I didn't listen and tried them for myself. Amber could not have been more helpful and again, amazing cakes!
This cake was embarrassing. There was so much tasteless frosting, middle layer of frosting was over an inch in some spots, making up for a lopsided fallen cake inside. It looked so bad, we could not even serve it. I apologized to my guests. We emailed these people sent them pics, and they of course had no idea how that could have happened. Took no responsibility for it and refunded half of our money. I wish I could post pictures, no one would believe this cake!
I have ordered several cakes and everyone of them has been perfect. Not only is the cake and icing delicious the cake is work of art. Love them!!!!!!
We ordered 5 dozen cupcakes for our destination wedding reception and were very happy with our choices. The employees were helpful each time I called and the cupcakes were delivered to our cabin during the time slot we were given. The cupcakes presented nicely and the guests loved them! I would recommend this bakery to any bride doing a destination wedding or local wedding. Thank you so much!

I would rate this place lower if I could but I never even got to try this place out. Never got a response from any of my emails after I would wait at least a week in between Facebook messages. I tried calling numerous times using both numbers found on here and on Google and no ever freaking answered the phone. Soooo as a last ditch effort we decided to just drive out to the location to finally speak with someone. Being from out of state I was hesitant on ordering a speciality cake from somewhere I haven't previously tried. From the time I contacted them to picking it up, she was so helpful and friendly. The cake not only looks AMAZING but it tastes just as good!!! It's very moist and the icing tops it off! Defiantly will be ordering from them again when in town.
Smokey Mountain Cakes did a awesome job with our wedding cake and cupcakes that we ordered. Being a out of town bride and not knowing where to go however the ladies did a awesome job. Thank you again for everything. The cake and the cupcakes was delicious. When I am back in the area and need bakery needs I will call on them to handle it.
