THE best customer service and wedding cake! Everything was done online and via email and the cake was exactly what I ordered and was ready when promised. I highly recommend Smoky Mountains Cakes - they certainly made our wedding in the mountains special!
I could not have been happier with my wedding cake. It was beautiful and sooooo delicious. I sent a picture of the cake I wanted and they were able to exceed all expectations with it! I would definitely recommend using them for all occasions.

So Good! the cake for our dad's 80th birthday was perfect. I wanted something cowboy themed and they gave us a beautiful, unique, and great tasting cake. Everyone was amazed. We renewed our vows on Oct 30, 2016 in the Smokies. We ordered chocolate and strawberry cupcakes, Italian creme cake and a red velvet cake. They all were DELICIOUS! Several guests commented that it was the best cake they'd ever eaten. The nicest lady delivered them and even refused a tip. Very satisfied with everything.
We live in Spartanburg SC and planned our wedding at the Titanic in Pigeon Forge. I sent Amber an email describing what we wanted along with a picture and the cake was perfect. She did an awesome job and was eager to answer several emails because I had thousands of questions since I was ordering this cake online without test tasting or being able to see nothing but pictures off the website and face book page. But everything was exactly like we visioned it to be. Thank You so much for helping make our day perfect!!

Spectacular!! We live in Georgia and were married 9/17/16 in Pigeon Forge. Smoky Mountain Cakes was recommended to us by some locals and it was perfect!! I emailed with Amber what I was looking for and she ran with it. We had white on white cake and it was affordable, beautiful and delicious. Delivered to our reception venue on time. Couldn't have been happier!! Thank you so much!!
