RecommendedLearned about it on 3Ds and made a point of stopping there on our travels from Maryland to Montana. The food was great! Moist, flavorable and generous pirtions. Easily Worth the stop!! Will stop again next time through!!!

RecommendedI have been eating lots of BBQ lately and Smokey D's is one of my favorite spots in central Iowa. Ordered at the window and sat down with a number. Food came out within 5 minutes. Brisket and burnt ends were fantastic...no sauce needed. Loved the Mac n Cheese and Potato Casserole. Egg rolls were huge!
RecommendedCame here for the first time and absolutely loved it! I got the pulled chicken sandwich and a side of potato casserole, both full of flavor, the chicken was also tender. my boyfriend got the half rack of ribs, the meat literally falls off the bone it's so good! I will definitely be back!

The BBQ is average, nothing special. This is not why I am writing a review. It's great that they take pride in their BBQ, but people also spend money on sides. The first time I ate at Smokey D's I had the potato salad, hard potatoes and no flavor. Today when I ate there, I decided to try the pasta salad. It was 100% frozen inside of the Styrofoam container. Discusting. I'll never be eating there again, which is unfortunate because they are 1 block from my job.

RecommendedFood was great and VERY reasonable prices. Both our waitress and kitchen manager came to the table to check on us. We will definitely visit again. #fantasticjalapenocorn
