Tonight we called in an order to go, one of the items was a bowl of brunswick stew. This was the final straw for us. I got a plastic container that was maybe 1/3 full. We have tried and tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt because we love their food. However the staff and mgmt here is horrendous. You cant get waited on, if you are sitting at the bar, it takes forever to try to get another drink. We almost walked out one night because we couldnt get anyone to bring us our check. some of us didn't get our appetizers. we didn't get our drink orders for 30 mins after we ordered. sliced chicken breast was dry and my smoked wings had so much chicken hair on it it looked like a beard. i was visiting from philly, I was very disappointed

I when to the Smokey Bones in Virginia it was the greatest so I decided to try the one in Maryland and was not happy. I got my food cold and was told that the food is not serve on that hot pot anymore it was band from there restaurant Smh

Went here yesterday to celebrate my birthday......I was asked to come in early if I had a party of 20 so they could set up......to my surprise the table was waiting for us when we got there.....love the manager for this.....however the server could have been on her peas and que's......I can always make the best of a bad situation

Went to the movie and saw this restaurant in walking distance thought we try it. The waiter was great! Ordered brisket and bbq chicken breast. The brisket came back DRY OMG! I ordered a salad as a side received slaw. 3rd time received brisket, chicken was dark piece. I ordered breast! Finally came back with my best in a to go container! Terrible management!
