Stopped in to watch game. Not really hungry but tried the smoked wings. Excellent wings. Marc, my server was super sweet and fast. He kept checking on me and had me crunching ice in bliss...
The bartender was very rude. Never said hello or hi. Just what do u want. I ordered the wrong wings and u would think it was a $50 meal. I said i would go ahead n eat them cause she seem so mad. This bartender Michelle clearly didnt want to be at work.
My waitress Presley was awesome! Had good service from the time I walked in Til the time I left! Positive attitude, and wonderful service!! Will only come back and let her wait on me!
My waitress Hope Fultz was awesome she had great attitude and my food was amazing . 😉
I must say my server Hope Fultz was amazing. I never waited to be seated and as soon as I set down Hope came over with a very pleasant attitude, introduced her self and took our order. FYI...deep fried Oreos are AMAZING. I will definitely go back and refer Smokey Bones to friends and family.
The food was fine. However, we waited about 30 minutes for someone to clean a vacant table. I called two hours ahead, as instructed by a restaurant employee, to prepare a table for a large party. I was told that although they don't take reservations, they could prepare a table if I called ahead. The hostess wasn't welcoming at all, and as a result, one member of our party decided to leave. Friendly staff but terrible service. Waited 20 mins for a cocktail, despite 3 chasers. No attentive action from server, spent most of his time FaceTiming his friends in the kitchen. Chicken was awful. Ribs were average. First place in America I have not tipped at all....they simply did not earn it.
