Waitress didn't know the wine list, not even the names. Served a dinner salad with wilted lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes that were old. How could a cook even put something like that together. Poor quality management.
Today I went to the Smokey bones restaurant located 10260 Forest Hill Blvd, Wellington, FL 33414. Today my family took me out to eat for Father’s Day. After we went in and requested a table for 8 people we sat and waited patiently however 40 min went by and I notice everybody else was already seated even the people that just walked in 🤔so I ask the receptionist what’s going on we’ve been waiting for 40 min and everyone else is getting in? I have visited this establishment many times, but lately it has not been the greatest. I am not in a hurry to go back for a while.
I am a server at this restaurant , I love working here I love the food here ! There isn't a thing on the menu I wouldn't recomend! Great Monday night wing specials 9pm-closing only $12.99 and Wednesday taco specials 9pm-close only $11.99
The food and atmosphere is always great. However, this visit was even better because of our waitress Britny.
Food is great. Atmosphere is great. Our waitress Brittany also made sure we were always taken care of, regardless of our request. We will definitely come back again.
If we didn't love this food so much we would never go back to this place. Almost every single time we go, either for dine-in or take out, the staff has had nasty attitudes. The female manager that is there now is a horrible way to represent this company!! We called-in for a take-out order and was greeted by some woman that rambled stuff off so fast that it couldn't even be made out what was said. We love Smokey Bones. We always ask for Wes. He is amazing. Wes always makes sure everyhting is perfect.
