At Smokey Bones, we specialize in three things: good food, good drinks and good times. We are a bar and fire grill, but not necessarily in that order. We are grill masters who respect the power of the open flame. We like simple, yet flavorful recipes and believe marinating is not to be taken lightly. This is my second time eating at Smokey Bones - Clearwater . The first time I was super impressed & loved their BBQ , this time it was as-if I was at a COMPLETELY different restaurant . Ordered dry rub ribs , yet they came as Original BBQ and did not taste smoked or BBQd . Got BBQ Smoked Chicken that was the same deal , just gooey and had Original Sauce on it ..
