At Smokey Bones, we specialize in three things: good food, good drinks and good times. We are a bar and fire grill, but not necessarily in that order. We are grill masters who respect the power of the open flame. We like simple, yet flavorful recipes and believe marinating is not to be taken lightly. Horrible service. Wings served with no plates or utensils. A sandwich we said we were sharing not cut in 2, then had to wait on a knife. Manager last night says he will talk to the bar staff and then walks away. This is unlike the service has been in the past. Replace the people who can't keep up, put more bartenders in bar area since one is usually doing a restaurant order and the other is stuttering around and instruct managers to be apologetic to an issue; not just day "I'll talk to them".
