Super disappointed. We go to the location near Cincinnati when we come here from Michigan for soccer and it’s our fav place. But this location was just lackluster. Service was slow. Waited to even get water. Waiter seemed confused when placing our order. Our donuts were much smaller than other locations. Just very disappointed.

Aaya is the sweetest waitress I've ever met so attentive was having a bad day til she came up and waited on my husband and I. Had small talk and she told me she just left Easton Smoky Bones to help out the one here at Polaris. What a girl we need more young people like her in this world ready to step up to the plate . She made my day
