Group of ten. Saturday night. Hour wait. By 7 they were out of brisket and prime rib. Quarter chicken was a leg and a piece of thigh hanging on by a thread. Burger was wrong. Wait staff over worked. They were run ragged. Only saw one bus boy and he had no drive. Food tastes good but not worth the hassle. Too many groups of four waiting to be seated when there are empty tables. Our group was big I understand that.

Ordered from Uber Eats, which was fine, except that Smokey Bones decided a build your own 3 piece combo was actually a 2 piece, and didn’t give me the Brisket I paid for. They also failed to include the $8 gallon jug of lemonade I paid for too. Also, the wings sucked. This place has gone downhill. Used to come here after work all the time. Hard pass going forward.
